Best Young Lecturer Award

As usual, we are also inviting applications from TDK (Students’ Scientific Association) and PhD students for 5+5 minute presentations, for which we are now also announcing the Best Young Lecturer Award. The winner will be chosen by the audience and his/her name will be published on the website. The best young lecturer in this year, having regard to EMC 2024, will get a 300 € grant in order to participate in the conference in Copenhagen in August 2024.

Good to know: there is a possibility to apply for a 300€ grant for those who are under 35 years, and their annual HSM membership is paid (so they are part of EMS). EMS grand deadline is 17 April 2024.

Barna Árpád award - Technoorg Linda Kft.

Technoorg Linda Kft. offers appreciation and support for creative and progressive experts, who have got extraordinary achievments regarding technical and scientific areas related to electron microscopy, including sample preparation and analysis. Deadline of the Barna Árpád Grant, which comes for the first time this year, will be 31 March 2024.
